A year has passed ….

Just thought I would give a quick look back on the past year and glossed over this blog in response to my two very dedicated friends at that time … I have seemingly enjoyed all the “bad things” for another year – and was curious to see how it all added up.  Granted – with this “cold” Louisiana winter – I figured I would have added some pounds … so here is a quick recap after hitting the scales tonight:

According to the website – this puts me in what they call “normal weight” – but I think I might have shrunk an inch over the course of the year – which would now classify me as overweight.  In any event – there will be no crazy weight loss plan, or lack of alcohol, or increase in exercise …. maybe if I could just avoid soda for a while …. I believe that the addiction to soda is more difficult to break than smoking or drugs (not that I am experienced in either one of those) – but seriously … I could use a Dr. Pepper right now!!

Maybe April will bring a better and brighter me – and I’ll actually follow up on my promises to cut back on soda and actually exercise.  Tune in and see (not that blog entries will be that much more regular ….)
